Healthy, Delicious Snacks!

If you're looking for a savory snack with a little bit of a crunch, put down the Doritos and grab a bowl of roasted edamame. Get about two cups of shelled edamame and pour into a bowl. Mix it with two teaspoons of olive oil, salt and pepper, then put it on a baking sheet in the oven at 375°F for a half hour. Just make a batch and store them for later so you will be able to grab your roasted edamame on the go.
