జంతువులు కూడా ఉన్నాయని పరిశోధనల్లో తేలింది. తాబేళ్ళలో ఒకరకమైన స్టెర్నో
థెరస్ ఓడోరాటస్ అనే తాబేళ్ళు నీటి అడుగుభాగాన ఉన్నప్పుడు నాలుకతో శ్వాస
తీసుకుంటున్నాయట.
ఆస్ట్రేలియన్ పైడ్ నెక్ వంటి తాబేళ్ళకు వాటి
శరీరం వెనక భాగాన ఒక ప్రత్యేక కుహరం ఉంటుంది. ఇవి నీటి అడుగున ఉంటే,
పరిసరాల నుంచి ఆక్సిజన్ను ఈ కుహరం గ్రహించడానికి తోడ్పడుతుంది. నాలుక కూడా
వాసన చూడటంలో తాబేళ్ళకు ఉపయోగపడుతుందని శాస్త్రవేత్తలు గుర్తించారు.

కింగ్ఫిషర్ (Belted Kingfisher)
ఇవి అలస్కా, కెనడా, అమెరికా, మెక్సికో, వెస్టిండీస్, పనామా, మధ్య అమెరికా ప్రాంతాలలో కనపడతాయి. ఇది బాగా సోమరిగా ఉంటుంది.దీనికి నెత్తిమీద నల్లని ఈకలు పైకి దువ్వినట్లుంటాయి. మెడభాగం తెల్లని ఆభరణంగా, పొట్టమీద తెల్లని నల్లని చారలుంటాయి.
దీని రెక్కలు, తోక నీలం, బూడిద రంగుల మిశ్రమంలో ఉంటాయి. సూదంటి ముక్కుతో చేపల్ని ఠక్కున పట్టి చెట్టుమీదకి తెచ్చుకుని కొమ్మకి కొట్టి చంపి మరీ తింటుంది.
ఇది సుమారు 14 అంగుళాల పొడవు, 6 ఔన్సుల బరువు వుంటుంది. ఏప్రిల్, జూలై మాసాల్లో 8 వరకూ గుడ్లు పెడతాయి. ఎక్కువగా చేపలు, కప్పలు, పీతలు, బల్లులు, పాములు, కీటకాలు, ఇతర పక్షులను, ఎలుకల్ని తింటాయి.
ఆర్కిటిక్ టెర్న్ (Arctic Tern)
ఇది బలమైన పక్షి. చాలాదూరం వలస పోతుంది.ఎక్కువగా పగటిపూటే, అత్యంత ఎత్తు ఎగిరివస్తూంటుంది.కెనడా, ఆసియా, యూరప్లో పుట్టి, ఎక్కువకాలం దక్షిణ పసిఫిక్, అట్లాంటిక్, అంటార్కి టిక్ మంచు ముద్దపైనా ఉంటుంది. వీటి ముక్కు చిన్నదిగా, సూదిగా, ఎరుపు రంగులో ఉంటుంది. నెత్తి నల్లగానూ మిగతా శరీరమంతా తెల్లగానూ ఉంటుంది. పాదాలు బాతు పాదాల్లా ఉంటాయి.
ఇవి సుమారు 14 అంగుళాల పొడవుంటాయి. రెక్కలు సుమారు 34 అంగుళాలు విస్తరిస్తాయి.
మే, ఆగస్టు మాసాల్లో 3 గుడ్లుపెడతాయి. చేపలు, బురదపాములు, కీటకాలను తింటాయి.
ఇవి సుమారు 3, 4 ఏళ్లు బతుకుతాయి.
LOOSE WEIGHT BY DRINKING WATER
Recent research suggests that water is an essential component of the
human body. It helps in maintaining the balance of the body. Therefore
if drank correctly it works miraculously in the process of loosing
weight. Water increases the metabolism rate of the human body and helps
in weight loss. Drink a glass of hot lemon water in the morning, this
helps in loosing weight three times faster than simple exercising and
thus helps to burn out large amount of calories from body. Consuming
lots of water, fills up the stomach, thus it reduces appetite and cuts
down on food intake. Water also helps in cleaning the body parts, by
flushing out waste with the help of kidney.
Water helps in smooth functioning of the system and therefore it is
essential for survival. Human body contains 65% of water. According to a
research performed by the German scholars, they opine that water boosts
the metabolism and burns extra calories in the body. The study has
further claimed that a person who drinks about 1.5 liters of water
everyday will loose some five pounds each year.

Loose weight by drinking water:
Drinking plenty of water, about 8 glasses per day helps in hydrating
the body, boosts up body metabolism. Consuming lots of water helps in
weight loss. Water allows the body to quickly burn the extra calories
almost 3% faster than its normal process of burning. As said earlier,
drink 8 glasses of water daily to maintain a healthy system. To maintain
good health, always include glass of water in your daily diet.
How Many Glasses of Water a Day?
It’s the question that everyone seems to ask. And if you follow the
standard advice (drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day), your next
request will be for directions to the restroom. Because unless you’re a
strenuous exercise or a desert dweller, you’re unlikely to need that
much water—and unless you’re carrying a horse’s bladder, you won’t hold
onto it for long.
No one’s quite sure where the 8-to-10 glasses factoid started. However,
medical professionals do agree on quite a few things about fluids:
• Six glasses is usually enough. If you must count, 6 glasses of water a
day is probably a good rule of thumb (not a bare minimum). But the
average person, doing gentle activity in a gentle climate, can probably
get all the fluid they need from solid food alone (although it’s not
recommended).
• Follow your thirst. Your need for water varies greatly depending on
your activity level. Fortunately, your body is surprisingly good at
telling you when to drink. And the idea that we’re chronically (and
unknowingly) dehydrated is little more than science fiction.
• Don’t fear coffee and tea. Despite the diuretic properties of
caffeine, you’ll still retain a large amount of the fluid in every
cup—and even more if you’re a regular drinker of caffeinated beverages.
• Dehydration may worsen constipation. If you’re straining to pass
stool, you might benefit from increasing your water intake a bit.
However, results vary, and a more likely cause of constipation is
inadequate fiber in your diet.
So why are we so easily misled by drinking myths that don’t hold water?
Quite simply, in the era of modern science, we’re used to hearing (and
accepting) startling facts. But when it comes to water, medical research
is in an unusual position: proving that our common sense was right all
along.

All the Newly Appointed Teachers have to submit the Physical Fitness form before the Mandal Educational Officer or Gz.Head Master (if High School) to get appointment order proving that he/she is fit for the post.

EMPLOYEE ID (TREASURY ID) :
The newly appointed teachers (DSC 2012) have to fill two sets of Employee Id proposal form for allotment of Treasury Id Number for the use of Salaries which will be their unique identification number.
CPS-PRAN: The newly appointed teachers also have to fill the PRAN application form for allotment of PRAN Number for their CONTRIBUTORY PENSION SCHEME Deductions.
